All products purchased from ArtToFrames.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The customer must double check all information submitted to our website. This includes email address, shipping information, billing information and payment information. We assume that the customer has submitted all correct information. We will verify the information submitted to the best of our capabilites.
If the item should be damaged during the shipping phase, with sufficient proof subject to our carriers discretion that it was damaged before the reciept of the item, ArtToFrames.com will seek out coverage for the damaged item through the proper procedure outlined by the shipping company. If the shipping company does not cover the damage and ArtToFrames.com validates the claim, we will replace the item. Some shipping charges may apply.
